Let me tell you a bit about us: Nancy is the Office manager and is usually the one who looks after all corespondence, accounting, and keeping the paperwork straight. Most of all, she is the creator of these pages without whose expertise in HTML and web page design none of this would be possible. If you have any questions regarding your orders, she is the one to talk to. You will find her easy to communicate with but beware she has a poignant and sometimes sarcastic sense of humour from time to time :o)
Now, as to myself, I am the head painter of our operation with 35 years experience and an avid collector and wargamer with military miniatures. My passion is and always has been Napoleonic history and the uniforms of the period, but, I am equally well versed in the uniforms and attire of many other periods.
When you send us your orders, you can be sure that after Nancy has processed and deposited your payment, I will give my utmost attention in delivering a finished product you will be proud of for years and years to come. I have a vast database and reference library from which I draw my uniform information and I also rely on the Internet to obtain whatever sources I am not overly familiar with.
Lastly, there is Natalie my oldest daughter who will soon be 19 and has decided to join our team as another full-time painter. Her speciality is Fantasy and Science Fiction miniatures so if you are into Warhammer or Dungeons & Dragons role palying type gaming she is definitely the one to talk to. Though she has not yet achieved the perseverance I have over the years and lacks somewhat in speed of production, you can be sure that her finished work is next to none (even better than me sometimes) but don't tell her I said that, we wouldn't want her head to get too big! ;o) Oh yes, I almost forgot my youngest daughter Becky age 6, who takes great care in helping her mom and dad to undercoat and also bag & label your finished figures. Yes, this is truly a family operation. :o)
